ros kinetic中，在使用rplidar的过程中，突然有一天就不会显示我的点云图了，其他设备可以正常使用该雷达，但之前的那个nuc就不行。而且，echo可以读取到雷达的信息，tf也正常，也把rviz的帧换成了雷达的帧，但就是不显示。还有一个现象，就是其他包似乎也不能正常读取/scan话题了，不知道是什么原因，应该如何进行debug
