PIO国内安装Windows版方法

安装ESP32平台：

1.安装GitCLient，下载后一路next即可 。 https://ghproxy.com/https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/releases/download/v2.39.1.windows.1/Git-2.39.1-64-bit.exe

2.在vscode中打开PIO终端，输入指令

pio platform install https://gitee.com/ohhuo/platform-espressif32.git
