真的有这个ip,你看一下你的报错,去请求这个ip拿数据了,这个ip是一个局域网ip,校园网之类的,建议你换个网络试试,然后仔细检查下是不是经过什么代理之类的了,代理的地址应该就是这个ip。

@September 可能是代理的问题,因为我用的是校园网,但是我是把下载源换成了阿里源,然后用ROS wiki 上的正常安装步骤安装完了
