colcon build Python功能包出现报错

因为代码错误运行了以下命令行

pip3 install --upgrade colcon-common-extensions --upgrade-strategy=eager

然后再次运行colcon build时出现以下报错

现在编译任何python功能包都会显示该报错已经尝试过下载较低版本setuptools 并未解决问题
