一键安装涉及docker的全部失败，报错相同。没有'/home/root/.bashrc'

重装系统后使用一键安装涉及docker的全部失败，报错相同。均为没有'/home/root/.bashrc'。
另外ros和docker分别安装成功，一起时在第四部创建容器时报错。
