原因是之前启动的/joint_state_publisher 节点没有关闭，导致时间同步出问题。 把这个节点的进程关掉再启动就可以了。 但是/joint_state_publisher 节点为什么没有关闭，我不清楚。。请@小鱼 回答一下呢。。
