解决的问题：Read time out，国内下载python包超时。
方法：延长超时时间；使用国内镜像源。

更改后的代码：

sudo pip --default-timeout=100 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple setuptools==58.2.0

看你的ros版本，然后把指令最后面的版本改为你的ros版本就好了。
