我也遇到了同样的问题，综合所有的回答解决了这一问题，虽然仍然不知道具体由于什么原因导致的。首先把系统语言改为英语，删掉工作空间build和install里面所有与example_ros2_interfaces相关的文件夹、log文件夹，然后重启电脑，重启后如果有anaconda环境conda deactivate退出环境，然后工作空间重新编译就可以了
